Private Yoga

The Studio is excited to offer one hour private yoga classes. 

Maybe you’re new to yoga and prefer to know the basics before joining a class setting. 

Maybe you suffer from social anxiety and would prefer a more intimate introduction to yoga?

These sessions are designed for beginners and allow for one-on-one interaction, providing for a more informative and interactive experience.

We can accommodate individuals or bring your bestie and learn together.  

We’ll ask you to complete an intake form prior to your private session so that Megan can customize for your specific needs. We’ll offer complimentary use of community yoga mats and props to simplify your experience.

About Megan

After 20 years serving my community as a real estate agent and broker, I began a journey into territory unknown to me – the world of yoga.

Although I have always loved to move my body – whether running, walking, hiking, swimming, etc. – by my 50th birthday, I was looking for a more spiritual path. One that would meaningfully connect my body to a quiet, centered mind and a more grounded spirit. Yoga brought that to me in a great wave of relief.

Experiencing this new life path offered a freedom to love others and myself unconditionally and without judgement. By integrating the mindfulness of yoga into my daily life, it created space to parent more gently, to be a life partner and friend more fully and to live more completely each day.

My husband Kelly and I own a real estate business and have raised 4 incredible children together. Additionally, our family includes an unbeatable son-in-law, two unstoppable grandsons and a super sweet (almost) daughter-in-law.

Just as I enjoy sharing this new world with my family and friends, I also look forward to sharing yoga with you. Your hearts will be on my mind as I prepare for our time together.
