Mixed Level Yoga  (10am Monday, Tuesday, & Saturday)
This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to long time practitioners. The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture.

Heated Yoga Flow (7PM Monday)
Who wants to improve strength, balance and flexibility with some heat? This class is gradually warmed to 80 – 85 degrees. After warming up your muscles and joints with some gentle stretching, we’ll pick up the pace with a few flows that will have you misting and dewing in no time. No one every drowned in sweat!

Slow Flow Yoga (6AM & 530PM Monday; 6AM Wednesday)
In our Slow Flow Yoga class, you will enjoy a good balance of movement, holding poses for maximum benefit, along with a nice restorative finish. A great way to kick off your week. Come play!

Strap & Stretch (530PM Tuesday) paused until late May
This class includes complimentary use of The Studio yoga strap and the strap will be your best friend in this class. We use them to extend our arms in order to provide support, leverage, deepen stretches and improve flexibility and range of motion.

Gentle Yoga (10AM Thursday)
Gentle Yoga is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are encouraged to allow the body to be held in love and comfort.

Relax & Stretch Yoga (6PM Thursday)
Faith sets the stage for a nourishing blend of yin and restorative yoga, the softer side of yoga. Poses are held for a bit longer (approx 3-5 mins) to soothe the nervous system, counteracting the effects of stress. This is the perfect practice to bring the body back to a balanced state of being. This delicious practice is suitable for beginners.

Yin Blend (6PM Wednesday)
Yin Yoga takes center stage for this class, but Kristy will blend in other yoga styles with both Yang & Restorative qualities. Think one hour that brings together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses benefiting connective tissues (yin) and more dynamic standing postures benefiting muscles and bone (yang) to create the perfect balance for your mind-blowing competent machine of a human body.

Yoga @ Yuko-En (11AM Wednesday)
Join us at the Yuko-En Pavilion and watch the seasons change in the Friendship Garden. This off-site yoga experience is included with your studio class purchases.
