CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Mixed Level Yoga  (10AM & 5:30PM Monday, 10AM Tuesday, & 10AM Saturday) 
This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to long time practitioners. The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture.

Warm Fusion Yoga  (6:45 PM Monday)
This class is gradually heated to about 80 degrees. After warming up your muscles and joints with some gentle stretching, we’ll pick up the pace with a few flows that will have you misting and dewing in no time. No one every drowned in sweat! 

Gentle Yoga (10AM Thursday )
Gentle Yoga is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are encouraged to allow the body to be held in love and comfort.

Candlelight Relax & Restore Yoga (6PM Thursday)
We set the stage for a nourishing blend of yin and restorative yoga, the softer side of yoga. Poses are held for a bit longer (approx 3-5 mins) to soothe the nervous system, counteracting the effects of stress. This is the perfect practice to bring the body back to a balanced state of being. This delicious practice is suitable for beginners.
